She's 10 months old and we adopted her from a rescue that posted her on petfinder.com

She's super cute, very smart....loves to play and take long walks!

Also my mom and dad always had schnauzers and they were plenty smart too--Only thing I didn't like was their harsh coat. How is the coat on this mixture of breeds? I know the poodle has harsh hair too but it is a fine hair. The pics I have seen of your Stella look like she has a nice healthy coat and I know if it was soft--I'd be petting her all day!! What a great dog to have--Looks like this one will be a 'puppy' --playful and maybe full of the dickens at times well after puppyhood is over. ENJOY!

My brother said that about her eyes too....very expressive. Her coat is very soft.....reminds me of my mom's dog...a yorkie.

Just silky soft hair....and you're right...I could just hug her all day. We recently lost our black lab(Sadie) and it broke my heart. I was lucky to have been her Mama for 13 years. We were unsure about getting another dog so soon, but I took one look at Stella and had to have her.

She is so full of love and brings us so much joy!!! I like to say that we rescued her and she rescued us right back.
