Question Hello, another nu-by from Aus...

Hi everyone,

My name is Bronwyn and I am Married with 2 kids and I live in Newcastle NSW with an 18 month old dog. His name is "Diesel".

One of the main reasons I came across this forum was i was trying to track down someone who caould actually tell me what my dog is. When we got him which was about a year ago, we were told by the owners mother, because the owner had moved and left the dog with her and she couldn't keep him so my husband fell in love with him so we are now his owners. (well i think he owns us anyway) She told us he is a German Sheppard x Rottweiller.

We previously had a rotty, and he has a few of her traits. but we can't stop him jumping a 5.5 foot fence and we don't like to chain him up but htere is this old fart in our neighbourhood who has threatened to kill him if he does it again. so we have no choice.

If anyone could please give me some advice on what to do, we will be forever in your debt. I will try to put a photo of him up so you can all see..

Thanks.
Bronwyn.

Diesel is adorable.. and I agree with the prior post that he is probably rotti/shepherd. That is a very good combination as it is two of my favorite breeds :-).
