i think once a dog practices going inside the house for her works then she will have the smell trace how much ever we clean so thats the reason why you cant stop her. be patient and try to give her training daily for going out she will learn.

Hope this isn't a problem you should see your vet about--urinary tract infection, etc! Is it just pee or poo too? Have you had her checked by a vet? You said she cries because of the crate--Is she crying any other time? Are there any subtle hints that things may be 'off' with her physically, or even mentally?

You said that she used to be trained, but now goes in the house? If that is the case I really think that you should see a vet. Something could be medically wrong with her. She may have a urinary tract infection or some thing else wrong. It may be a simple matter or retraining her, but if it were me, I wouldn't take the chance. These problems only get worse on their own.

Maybe you should start making schedules to follow like having time to wake up, to every meal, then around after 30 mins potty break, time to walk and exercise, time to sleep and so on. Yet first you have to let the vet check her for any health issues...
