Hello and welcome. I love bully breeds, especially Pits and Dobermans. Of all the dogs I've ever worked on, I've never been lunged at or bitten by either one of those. Only bitten by small dogs and of course cats. I think one of the sweetest dogs I've ever worked on was a rehab case from animal control. It was a female Pit that was used as a bait dog for dog fighting. The guys involved let other mean Pits attack this dog for confidence and experience. She was mauled somethin terrible when we got her, but, we got her back on track and she looks great now except for the scars. But just the nicest dog you've ever met.
