Default Hello from russian dog

Hello everyone!

I`m from Russia, I have a very clever and kind dog Reks. He is four-year-old mongrel, his father is Alsatian, and mother is mongrel too. We have finished course of dog obedience (that named "the general rates of training", it is special russian training and is more easier, than Europian dog sport "obedience") and got the diploma Now we repeat exercises from course and wish to go to agility, because Reks very like to jump through barriers. Recently we have started to train on a method "clicker training", and have learnt some tricks, which we couldn`t study by classical methods. And I want to get a second dog, border collie, from which I shall go to agility, obedience, dog frisby and music freestyle, and which will be friends with Reks

Excuse me for my English, please

Reks

Smile Welcome to the forum!

Hi!
This is a nice forum--hope you like it! Right now it is pretty quiet in here because of the Christmas holidays I think. People are either busy getting ready for Christmas or gone home for Christmas!
I didn't realize that Alastians was another name for the German Shepherd Dog!
I did a thread in here on the problems this breed can have with being able to get the nutrition from their food. I will leave you a link to this thread (in case you don't know about this). Being as your dog is a mix--hopefully it will not have as big a problem with this--if it was lucky enough to inherit more of the other mix's genes. I know you said you didn't know what the mother was--Do you think your dog might be all German Shepherd (Alsatians)!? He looks like he could be! Pretty good sized dog--Good that he is gentle.
Am going to go get the link for the thread I told you of above. Be right back!

Here is the link:
