Default : ( Goodbye, Molly..........Hello, Tora : )

Hi,
we are from Fort Worth TX and recently lost our beloved 13 1/2 yo Miss Molly whom we miss very much. She was my wife's and daughter's protector and my buddy. I cried like a school girl. The picture of us on the couch was three weeks before she died. It only took her four tries to get the shot right.

She was the first dog we had from cradle to grave. The day after she died (which happened to be my birthday-She always had to have the last laugh), I swore off dogs forever.

Well that lasted about a day when I came across Tora in Petfinders and it was love at first site for all of us. She is a welcome addition, fits right in and is very good natured, a little goofy and a real joy to have. The picture is our daughter & Tora the day she came home, making herself comfortable.

Regards,
hattrick58

Hi and welcome to the forum. I'm very sorry for your loss. Having been through it, I know how awful it is. However, I'm so glad that you found it in your heart to give a loving home to another dog. Hope you like it here!

I have a cocker/golden retriever mix that is 11 and a half (Corky) and a cocker that is nearly 11 and I think about it all the time. She was my wife's and daughter's protector and my buddy. What kind of dog is Tora? How old is she? She looks happy and healthy! You said she is a little goofy---Sounds like you have some funny incidents you could talk about! Aren't dogs great!
