I'm glad to hear you're taking her to the vet tomorrow. That is the first thing I would have recommended. How often is she having the runs and vomiting? Obviously this can lead to dehydration in a hurry. How long has this been going on? It would be more worrysom if it were a sudden thing rather than something that has been going on for a few days. Make sure she has access to plenty of fresh water, and otherwise she should be alright until tomorrow.
There is a huge list of possibilities. Could be parvo. Here's an explanation from the net;
"PARVOVIRUS
Parvovirus can be fatal and affects the gastrointestinal system. Vomiting, bloody diarrhea and lethargy may occur in dogs infected with parvovirus."
Could also possibly be Coronavirus. Here's another explanation from the net;
"CORONAIRUS
Coronavirus causes viral diarrhea and vomiting. Coronavirus can harm the intestinal tract in puppies and dogs."
Another realistic possibility is worms or internal parasites. Probably got these from the other dog. Here's an explanation from the net;
"Diarrhea, bloody stools, lethargy, weight loss and vomiting may occur in internal parasitic infections due to the irritation to the intestinal tract."
There are many things the dog may have. Stress from you being gone could be a contributing factor, but the vomiting makes me think there is more to it. The dog could have gotten in to something poison. It's hard for me to tell you for sure weather or not the dog will be alright until the morning. Your vet is the best person to make that call. Depends on what exactly is wrong, which is broad at this point. I mean if the vomiting is violent and occuring multable times in 1 hour I would get her in the vet tonight to be safe. Here are some warning signs fron online that explain what signs to look for if it is an emergancy situation and you need to take your dog to the vet right away...
"Is it an emergency?

The vet will end up doing a fecal examination I would assume among other tests. I would closely moniter and check on him every few hours tonight if you are able. Very important.
Good luck and please keep us updated. I will pray for the both of you that everything turns out alright.
