Default Greetings from NY

Hi Everyone-
I'm a newbie to this forum-but definitely not to dog forums in general, I love and use dog forums often

My dog, Sophie, is a 4 yr old GSD/Boxer mix, I got her when she was 9 weeks old from a dog rescue in my area. She is about 95 lbs and a total sweetheart (not like I'm biased or anything...)

I hope to be able to find some advice and information, and hopefully be able to give some as well!

Thanks

~Bekka and Sophie

Smile Welcome to the forum!

Hope you like this forum! I have been in several or more dog forums and this is my favorite. You'll have to post some pics of Sophie some time. See you around.

Welcome Bekka and Sophie! It's great to have you. I'd have to agree that this is also my favorite forum I've ever been a part of. We'd love to see Sophie, 95 lbs? wow! My lab was a little less than that when she was a little chunky, but she got some good exercise in and dropped down to 75, and she's still a horse!

Wow she sounds like a really good girl. I myself have a border collie/aussie mix, and like you I'm not bias at all. My boy Max is a wonderful dog that is a certified animal therapy dog. Most people are shocked when they hear he is a working breed dog that is calm and really lazy.

Welcome to the group, so glad that you have joined. I look forward to hearing more stories about your boxer!
