Hey everyone!! I'm a newbie & still getting used to & familiar w/the site. I've looked, searched,basically combed thru here trying to find an answer to probably a real easy question. You guys probably r going to think I'm an idiot...lol

Can someone please explain 2 me about the whole question/answer thing. I was reading thru posts in the "dog questions & answers section" . I noticed that some posted questions were being shown as either answered or not answered yet. I ended up replying to a few questions, giving my advise/answers on certain topics. When I continued on, it was still saying the question hasn't been answered. I also seen to the right side of the screen, users who have recently answered questions. Ok...so how the heck does this work? Just can't figure it out. Can someone please clarify things up a little bit 4 me?

I think it is where the op has chosen a particular answer and decided it fully answers their query.

Here members can ask questions, and get answers from the Dog Forums Community. The asker can then rate the best answer - similar to Yahoo Answers.

We wanted to have one central forum where all sorts of dog questions
could be asked than answered.

How to use (very easy - even a puppy could do it!):

1) post your question
2) members will reply to your question with dog answers
3) you can pick the best answer

Note: It seems that most members ask their question but never select THE BEST ANSWER---so therefore that part doesn't get done!
