Hello & Welcome. I have a LhasaX with an Akita. He has been able to hold his own with her, she is about 70lb right now, give or take. I thought he wouldn't like big dogs ever since he was stepped by our next door neighbors giant poodle. He was scared of him ever since but he does fine with Kuma. I think a lot depends on the little one's personality. There are times when Wrigley will get irked with Kuma but usually they adore each other.

A rolled up newspaper can be an effective training tool when used properly. For instance, use the rolled-up newspaper if your dog chews up something inappropriate or has a housebreaking accident. Bring the dog over to the destroyed object (or mess), then take the rolled-up newspaper and hit yourself over the head as you repeat the phrase,"I FORGOT TO WATCH MY DOG, I FORGOT TO WATCH MY DOG!"
