He's very cute but it's far too soon to tell what is in him. You'll have to wait until he is 9 months or so to get a real idea of what might be in his breeding.

I was looking at just the size of him and was thinking he might be all great dane. I don't see any german shepherd there. Just all great dane. He's gonna get huge.
