We adopted an 8 week old street puppy a week ago on the Saturday. We just love it all, in our family. It was quite active first five days, but did not eat much on sixth day. Concerned, we took it to a vet (who had a scuffle with me when we were adopting it, long story short - discouraging us from adopting a non-pedigree street puppy). He gave her drip for 25 ml and three shots (none of them being vaccinations). After three days since, the puppy still doesn't eat, and is not active at all. Is it normal to expect three shots, for a complaint that the puppy did not eat for a day? We are worried, and don't want to try another vet immediately. We give her pedigree food, what she was used to.
