Default Hello from Philly!

Hello everyone,

I am very glad I found this website and forum for talking about and helping the pets in our lives. My 2 permanent members of my pack are Chance and Chip. Chance is an American Pitbull / Dogo Argentino mix and Chip is a Dachshund / Italian Greyhound mix. Both are rescues that we were fostering and then adopted. We have fostered about 10 dogs so far from bottle feeders to adult. It has been an awesome experience.

Thank you.

Lol, hello again. Already left you a visitor message but now I wish to add-not only like your style and good advice given---But can see why you have the good advice---Thanks for caring so much about dogs that you rescue and foster them.

I have no experience with the breeds you now have. I have a Cocker Spaniel named Max (but gets called Paxer or Paxy mostly-lol, no rhyme or reason!) He is 12 now-born April 1st, 1999. And I have a rescue dog that I have no background on at all--I call her Sami--great well behaved dog--vets say she is 10ish, but acts like a much younger dog. She is a Golden Retriever/Cocker Spaniel mix I think. My Corky (Had to be put to sleep a year ago-last June 10, 2010--3 days before his 12th birthday--complications of heart disease) was a Cocker/Golden Mix too and I believe he steered me to Sami. I rescued her last Dec. It is a long story---I have many posts in here on my dogs that you can check on if you wish to know more. Also have many pictures in my albums on my home page and they too have some of the stories under them if you care to see.

Again welcome!!!
