[Trixi]

Hello, my name is Trixi and my husband and I live in the sunny, hot, scorched but normally lush Texas Gulf Coast area. We have two dogs that came to live with us a number of years ago via our local animal shelter.... Fiona & Shrek.
Fiona's full name is Princess Fiona Valentina (we adopted her on Valentine's Day) and Shrek or Shrekkie as we call him is Shrekster Augustus O'Shrekaroo (we adopted him in August).
Fiona is a Dachshund-Terrier mix, while Shrek is a Parson Russell mix. They each weigh about 21 lbs.

I'm a member of Pets & People Alliance which is a non-profit organization that supports our local shelter & pet adoption. You can find PPA on Facebook.

I don't quite understand all the aspects of this forum yet, for example "You may add 5 tags to this tread".... what are tags ?? What are Trackbacks ?? Perhaps somebody will be kind enough to fill me in ?
