And you think thats something to be proud of? Breeding crossbred puppies and directly contributing to the overpopulation problem and the millions of unwanted mongrel puppies being euthanased every year?

Don't preach unless you know what is going on. I don't know who you think you are, but this breeding was not on purpose. I had to evacuate my area a few months ago and I had to take my dogs to my in-laws. I did not fix my female because she has been sick since I rescued her from being killed. I don't believe in any kind of aborstions so I let her have the puppis. I have found them homes with people who know how to take care of them. And just so you know "emma" I have spent the last 7 years and thousands of dollars saving mixed breeds and pure alike from being killed. So unless you can say the same thing DON"T preach to me. I am so fed up with people breeding their dogs and cats and not thinking about what happens to their puppies or adult dogs. Atleast I found my puppies all good home.

In that case, Perch, accept my apologies. I guess I was simply PO'd last night at all the unethical breeding going on on this forum, I just felt like a rant. I am a Vet Nurse & I have also done a hell of a lot for animal welfare & rescue, and have saved many lives myself. I think I went off on one because of the way your original post is worded - there is no indication that the breeding was not planned.

It is ok. I know how important it is to spay and neuter you pets. I have always helped animals who need homes. Everything from reptiles, spiders, rodants, dogs and cats. I get PO'd when I hear of people breeding for no reason at all, even if it is pure bred.
