Training I use freeze dried liver, you can get a big tub of it at Petsmart, Mariya knows alot of silly pet tricks like Patty Cake, High five with one paw, shake with the other paw, lie down, sit pretty, sit stay, and she also does all of these with just hand signals. Jonah does sit, down, his call back is the winnie the pooh theme song, whistle that, and he comes running. Jonah does not like to give paw, I think he would be great at agility, as he can jump pretty high when playing with the chuck it, and his squeeky tennis ball.
Also we train to pull sled so to keep in shape we use the springer bike attachment's, and let the dogs pull, the springer keeps them from knocking you off the bike, we also do bikejoring where they are hooked to a bungie gangline, and run out in front of the bike, also have equipment for skijoring. We have a mentor that we go sledding with, in the cooler months, without snow we go to the state forrest, and train the dogs with the wheeled rigs, in the winter we just go to the guys house { his property borders the state forrest so we just take the sleds out from his back yard.
As far as food goes we feed Premium edge.
