I know I have more dogs than most people, but one thing that is really bothering me are two women I talk to most of all. They both tell me that I have too many dogs, and I should try and give some of them away. Yet they each have more than 10 cats! And their cats are never spayed, so they have litter after litter after litter.... Cats everywhere! And I have the problem?

Good advice! I'll remember that one.

You will know when you have too many dogs. I believe it is when you cannot manage behavior and afford care. My husband began complaining about too many dogs when we had only two. He has since revised that. We now have eight. Three of those are in foster care. This is the joy of my life and I would never let anyone stand in the way of it.

LOL.....I have 7 with 2 on the way, from 2 different dams. Ours are our kiddos, and so hubby is daddy. Our old gal is daddies girl, her name is Daz, but he started one day calling her the Queen, and one of her daughters is the Princess. BUt anyway, when the ol gal goes woo woo, he says the Queen has spoken and askes her what she wants! LOL
JIll is called the Princess because she is just SPOILED rotten.
All our friends now we have gone to the dogs. If somebody doesn't like our hair, they can leave. So, they are all dog people too. They even have their own sofa it folds into a regualar size bed. It is not a pull out, you just pop a button and it folds down........lol

Not only are my dogs very expensive show dogs, BUT they are my BABIES!
I demand only the best for them. So, I know all of the vet techs by name, even the front desk knows me by name. I call them and say this ______
They say "Hi _____ which one is coming to see us today. They know all 8 by name. I know all of the techs. If I don't like their knowledge or lack there of, I have left many vets, and the vets really missed my pocketbook....lol
heeheee, I even got one hired, she was rude to me.

I hate it when vet techs act like they know as much as the vet and easily dispense advise, sometimes incorrectly, and NEVER acknowledge that they did it. (That's why when I have to call my vet, I ask to speak to my vet, been burned way too many time by techs!)

I hate living in the state that is the largest supplier of puppy mill dogs
I hate it when people think breeding is a form of making money. I go into debt every litter I have and proud of it

yah you're right, they probably not dog lovers that's why they feel, some get annoyed.
