This was the only thread I could find mention of avatars. I noticed that some people have them and others do not. I tried editing mine through the User CP and it doesn't seem like I have this option. Do us peons not have this ability?

One I like siggy is the count down one, say a baby slowly walking on ladder image going into his one year old age.

I agree with the image in the signature...
You can put your babies picture in there...
So that everyone can see your beloved pet...

Yes please. I was looking for that and didn't see it. I think it's fun to have avatars. I was going to put in "yes" on your poll, but I'm not going to hound the mod about it, so I will just say "yes please".

Yea I think avatars should be active here. They help me recognize people without reading the name xD The reptile forum I go to has this same setup and there are avatars and stuff

Other sites allow graphics and animations in sigs, and it starts to get very annoying very fast. People have flashing banners and little mini-movies, or (way too) big pictures of their dogs.

Is there any way to contain the madness? I like the screen clean and clear and simple. I'm new so maybe my vote doesn't count as much.
