I know here in metro Atlanta,Ga, there is very little gas around! Plenty of diesel but no gas! A the QT @ Hwy 41 & hwy 92, there was such a line that it was blocking traffic on both Hwy's! There was a Shell on saturday selling regular unlead for $4.29 a gallon! From what I understand places like New Jersey(where my Mom lives, in Cape May)are not being effected cause it's a different pipeline!
I did hear that some gas stations in NC are selling gas for $7 per gallon!

There's pretty normal supply here and they selling them at normal price, they have a cut down last couple of weeks. Wonder what would be the effect since oil price is rising at the world market and the snow season is taking place.

Argh! The high prices of diesel are giving me headache everytime I go to the gas station.

Wow! Right now it's $2.31 a gallon of unleaded here in Michigan (upper penninsula). Supply and demand is so low that they had to come down, no one drives anywhere anymore. I'm surprised to hear there is still a crisis concerning gas in other states. I've been really busy and unable to look at the news or hear about it in the papers. I hope the gasoline issue is fixed soon. No doubt it's from the hurricane? Either way, i'll pray for you and the gas problem.

The OP was from September. The price has come down almost everywhere by now. This morning our nearest gas station was $2.08. And in the next town over, it's below $2.00.
