We actually had Homeward bound 2: lost in San francisco on the other day for our dogs and I was curious as to what some of the dogs were in it.

Were some of the street dogs mutts?

What was Delilah (Chances Girlfriend)

I guess from left to right (I know some might be mutts and then ofcourse we know Shadow is a Golden Retriever)

From left to right the dogs names in the movie are:

Bando (he looks like some kind of hound)

Sledge: (She looks almost like a Sheltie)

Delilah: (All white I have no idea what she was I was thinking a young Pryanese)

Riley: (Looks like some kind of retriever)

Spike (not sure he is the little guy in the back)

Shadow: Golden Retriever

Stokey: (Just looks like a mutt)

OK... that is one of my favorite movies (I love that the dogs are TRAINED and not changed by computers like they are in most movies!)

Sledge: Collie and/or sheltie mix

Delilah: Young Kuvasz

Riley: Retriever mix

Spike: Parson Russel Terrier Mix

Shadow: Golden Retriever

Stokey: Terrier Mix (Same dog was in Zues & Roxanne as well as Flipper)

Delilah is a Kuvasz; they used to be my favorite rare breed dog. The other that's tan/white/wiry looks to me like a Wire-haired Ibitzan Hound. Bando is a Blue-tick Coonhound. I was just thinking, maybe that one dog could be English Shepherd mix. They do have that coloring. The other one is a JRT mix.

I was just thinking, the dog (I heard) in Dante's Peak was a Podengo Portugueso (Scruffy or Ruffy whatever the dog's name is). The dog in Homeward Bound 2, the wiry one...could that be the same breed?
