Hi everyone,

I love to write stories and in my current one I'm writing I just hit a snag. To make a long story short, there are Protectors in the universe and when the Forces of Darkness took over, some of those protectors were subdued and under the evil trance.

Well when the Forces of Light come to claim a gem, two protectors battle it out and the good one knocks the other unconscious. Now the one that was knocked unconscious, should he die or live? And by dying I meant that the dark forces kill him for him not doing his duty, or should he live and just be freed when the dark forces are driven away?

4paws-up: when the protector is knocked unconscious, I'm going to have my character take away the evil trance that was on him. That way he's good again, but will basically die when they (he and the dark lord) fight.

I always love twists. He should be able to live and change into something good.

Well what I'm going to do is have the character redeem himself and fight the dark lord back, but get sacrificed in the process. Since I'm not using some of your ideas, and I feel bad, could you help me come up with a new name for the protector taking the place of the older one? Thanks.
