Check out this raw 1928 Charlie Chaplin footage. Watch what appears to be an older heavy set woman with heavy coat. Check her left hand then as she turns, you will see she obviously is talking, but to what. Her left hand clearly shows what appears to be a cell phone?...in 1928!

I does make more sense than a celphone. If you look at the pic of the guy on the Seimens site, he looks like he's using a celphone. I used to know someone that worked for Seimens in Springfield. I used to water their plants and take care of their pets when they went on vacation.
