any time you reply to an existing post or create a new thread you can scroll down. Just move your cursor to the ride side of the computer and look for the bar. Now move it downward. When you the box you are typing in will start moving up revealing another box that is titled Additional Options the same way this box in the left corner says Reply To Thread. In that box you will find
"manage attachments". Click it and start searching your computer for whatever you are looking to add as an attachment to your post. Then scroll down like you have to here to find the submit button and click it. Just keeping telling yourself there is more to the page than what is on the screen. There is more below the box you are replying in.
