I am aware that groom shops that are within city limits of Clark County are checked by the health department for cleanliness & disinfecting of crates, tools, etc. My concern is that there is a shop located in the city limits of Battle Ground Wa that has been in service since 1995, that has never been checked. My understanding is that it occurs once a yr at the time of license renewal. Many complaints have occurred over the yrs about different dogs having a cough, skin issues etc. Just wondered who to contact to have this establishment checked for health safety?

If it is in the city limits than the city is the one doing the inspection otherwise if it is the county that does inspections of those in city limits, it also does throughout the county. Contact them.
