Would like to see this but can't seem to make it happen----Not that computer savy! It sounds very scarey --- It seems more and more wild animals are coming into human living areas as their territory becomes less and food gets scarce. Here in Wisconsin --coyotes have killed dogs and there are a few bears that have appeared in human living areas too. And then there are Bob cats too. And I imagine wolves have made appearances too as they are in Wisconsin.

Hi CorkyMax:
If you left click and highlight starting with "http" and end with "uuids", then right click and hit copy. Then go to your web browser and right click again and hit paste. This should bring you to MSN. There is a 15 second ad first.

This is actually not very far from me. And people are shooting these animals!!! I hope they can get all of these animals rounded up without any problems. Last I heard there was still 42 animals on the loose. Someone let them out of their cages. Probably some PETA whack and they are being shot. Whoever let them all out needs a big prison sentence for animal cruelty charges.

I can't watch that video, but I saw it on the news. Last night they reported that the animals were loose. Today they report that the guy who owned them was found dead. This place is 35 minutes from where I live.

I read about this in my local paper this morning. Why aren't they trying to tranquilize and save these them instead of killing them?

Because people are idiots.
The dude that set them free was just released from prison on animal cruelty charges. Because we set that man free, all of these animals died.

Wow! Even if I was 35 mins. away, I wouldn't be outside or let my dogs out without me supervising them/on a leash. Lol, yeh--I'd go out just long enough for them to do their 'duties!' Can you imagine living in that area and seeing all those animals out! Sounds like a scarey movie and it is almost halloween---That is all that has been playing on Sci Fy and another channel all this Oct. month.
Don't let that 'little person' out alone Luna until those animals are all rounded up. Thirty-five mins away would not be too far for some of those creatures to possibly go!!

There's only 3 animals left loose. All of the animals are dead except 5. They took those to the Columbus zoo.

It's a shame they couldn't have saved them. After all this not the animals fault. In the report I was watching they did a flash back to when a Bengal tiger and a 20ft. crocodile were rescued from homes. Hellloo, these were in peoples homes!!! WHY? I just don't understand. And where do these people get such animals??

I just saw the story on my noon hour news on TV---I thought it might be on there. It was prob. the same video you both saw.
Now they just showed a wild cub bear running over the produce counter in a grocery store---I didn't catch the location, darn. Showed it running in the produce and a policeman catching it--Was released back in the wild. One good ending here anyway! This wasn't anything to do with this other story here---I don't think so anyway--Pretty sure!

They still haven't captured a lion and since they were let loose last night, it could have easily left that county.

I have a shotgun handy. I'm sure the only exotic animals we'll see is the ones that live in the apartments a block over. Those people are freaks.

That is exactly what I referring to. You wouldn't believe some of the people we see come out of that place. We tried to petition to keep those apartments from going up in our neighborhood, but they didn't care. Now we have a neighborhood full of freaks.

Is this drug related do you know? If so--can't something be done---police, etc.
Now on The Talk--show on CBS--They are also talking about this story of the loose animals--saying 3 more left to capture--Showed a pic of the guy who killed himself--looked like a real loser. And then a pic of the lion that was laying there shot dead.

Its easy to buy these animals $500 gets you a wild cub, thats so cute untill it grows up to be a big cat. Now its out grown its cage. they dont have the money to build a proper habitat that is humane. So they keep them caged, thats not safe for anyone. Next they cant keep up with the cost to feed this big cat, so its starving. And they didnt know it would live 20 yrs or so. And no one knows they have had this big cat, and they need a special permit to keep exotic animals, or didnt know its against the law in their state.
It is so sad so many of these animals had to die.The only good thing that can come out of this would be that the states start cracking down on these sales of exotic animals, and these stupid people that try to buy and keep them.
