Yum, that brings back such good childhood memories of my Grandmother. She was a little German lady, my moms mom, who was such a great cook. I remember her and my mom spending all day making fresh pasta all by hand, cutting it and drying it on flour sheets across the bed. I would sneak into the room when they didnt know and take afew noodles drying, they we so fresh and good this way. Yum, Yum, Yum!!!!!

Geez Luna, when you go through the trouble of making something that can be bought ready-to-boil for a buck, I'd call that plenty energetic.

Using the food processor to make it cut most of the work out of it.
