Anyone else noticing a few weird things happening in this forum today? I get a blank screen every time I click the submit button to enter a new post. You would think the post didn't take but it did 'behind the scenes! Can't remember what words I get but it is something about the database for this forum--not working right. I also can't get the colors for the words I am printing to work half the time! Although this is one time it worked--but not a couple other posts I did previously---Would only show black as a selection. Just checking!!--I am 'gun shy' with all the computer problems I have had which (fingers crossed) is supposedly fixed now!!

Lol, of course it all worked perfectly this time! Maybe the problems are gone now!!??

Oh Boy! I figured it was the forum but you won't believe this---I just got a message come up on my computer---17 problems listed for Microsoft to fix!!!!! I am so da*ned disgusted! Tomorrow I am calling HP--They better not need me to send this computer back again.

Oh no! Are they script problems? They just need to give you a replacement computer already.

Agree totally--a new computer!!! I don't know what you mean by script problems. This is what I copied down and all of them except one or two stated they stopped working.
1. AMD External Events Client Module----This was listed twice
2. Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation--- " " " "
3. Console Window Host
4. COM Surrogate
5. Windows Logon User Interface Host
6. Antimalware Service Executable----5 problems with this!
7. DHCP Client
8. IP Helper
9. Windows ----Shut down unexpectedly (?? I don't recall this happening!)

C/M, it sounds like your having a lot of different problems. where you able to get a hold of them?

I decided to wait until next Monday to call (End of week prob. not best time to call) and I am not having any problems with anything I am doing on the computer. I did a antivirus check and my Malware--nothing detected and I mean the message said the malware wasn't working in 5 different things and it was working but I did need to update it. One of the problems mentioned--Windows-Shut down unexpectedly I can't figure out as I never had this happen!! I am going to do a Troubleshooting check as soon as I get done doing 'my thing(s)' today if I ever decide to get off! I am wondering if there is still a memory problem (HP replaced 4 of the 6GB of memory I had already!) and it caused those problems to appear even though it appears at least some of the problems listed are not a 'permanent' problem. I am still very disgusted but have 'simmered down' since 1st seeing it all appear on my screen.

I am just about to start a new thread (on molasses but going to take prob. a little time as I am still searching for more info on it) so will see if I still get the blank screen and the forum database message when I go to enter it.. The forum does seem a little slow yet.
