I am a medical student who is in Miami. A fellow (vet student) and I rescued a dog while on Grand Cayman Island island. She expected to be on the island for 3 years but is transferring to a school in North Carolina. Tuga is a 1yr old mixed breed who was destined for euthanasia, we could not let that happen. We are both living on loan money and would like to know if anyone knows of anyone that would be willing to donate money to help us ship her. We are shipping her and putting the cost on credit cards it is roughly $400.00. Of course we will provide receipts to anyone wishing to donate any portion of Tuga’s air fare. Thank you for any input or help.
