Lucky is a two year old male dog looking for a furrrrrrrrever home at Philadelphia Animal Care and Control. He has lots of energy and needs some training. Lucky is very affectionate with people and wants everyone to rub his belly. He gets along well with everyone and would make a wonderful addition to the right home.
