Vela is a female-dog found by the Association in Defense of the Laws of Animals and the Nature in Candlemas, Addanca (Canary Islands-Spain). She had been beat, sprayed by acid and gravely injured for an object that it caused terrible cuts in all her body. She had worms in the mouth and several zones of her skin necrotized. She had to be admited to the veterinary clinic Noé's Ark, where they managed to save her life. The members of Addanca denounced the case to Güimar's Town hall, who sent it to the courts.
Apparently, Güimar's judge has filed the case ado neither steps nor investigation. Only the one who can request that formalities are practised is Güimar's Town hall, who has “washed their hands”. In order to force them not to file this case is the reason what the members of Addanca are doing a campaign of withdrawal of signatures, and needs our collaboration.
Signing for this petition now, probably will not be sufficient to prevent another animal from ill-treating in the future. But, our signature maybe will prevent another madmen from committing some similar barbarity with another animal.
The information that are requested is subject to the protection of the Law and only they will be used to make them to come to the authorities.
