Lucy, a beautiful Australian Cattle Dog that needs your help. She is diabetic and is on twice daily insulin shots and is doing very well. Unfortunately, her family has fallen on very difficult times and can no longer take care of her. She has one month's worth of insulin and if she cannot be placed in a permanent or foster home by the time that supply runs out, she will be euthanized. Diabetes can be managed just fine and should not be a death sentence for this sweet girl.
I live in San Bernardino County and am willing to transport Lucy to anywhere in San Diego, L.A., Riverside, Orange and San Bernardino County. The owner's phone number is below and I can be reached at 909-518-6187.
Please, please forward to friends, family and rescues. I can help with insulin for a forever or foster home.

Please help! Lucy our 7 year old australian cattle dog has diabetes and we cannot afford to pay for her necessary care. She is the ultimate with kids, adults, everyone and everything. She loves to love and be loved, always ther with kisses and she thinks that your lap is the best place in the world. She recieves 2 shots a day of insulin and has to be on a high protien diet. I have purchased her enough meds to last 1 month, then we will have no choice but to put her down. Please help if you can she will make anyone the best dog ever, seriously, ever. i will post pics this evening.
