LOST GREYHOUND - FROM HAULER - Miss.
Cross post with permission
We have a greyhound dog that was lost from a hauler someplace between Pearl and Moss Point between hwy 80 and hwy 20. The driver of the hauler made 2 stops (at the Flying J in Pearl) and another stop in Moss Point
A hauler was transporting dogs from Oklahoma to Daytona, Florida. The dog somehow got out and still has the muzzle on. A black female named Abbey. Abbey is written on the muzzle and collar. The owner of the dog is trying to cover all areas along the way.
All help is needed, contacting local media, businesses, schools, libraries, etc...
Just to explain a bit about what happend...
It is not known exactly where she escaped, but the Flying J in Pearl, MS seems the most likely.
REWARD!!!

SHE IS BLACK AND
HER NAME IS ABBEY
John Holman's rig is a virtual fortress... it's like a semi-trailer... center aisle with crates opening to the inside.
This little girl broke out of her crate and then squeezed herself out a ventilation "window" in the front of the trailer. The only places the hauler stopped were Pearl, MS (30+ minute stop) and Moss Point, MS (10 minute stop). I can't imagine a dog exiting a moving trailer out the front, into the wind-flow. So, it likely happened while he was stopped.
There were BAD storms in the area last night. So, if she's alive, she may be hunkered down.
She did have a muzzle on. However, we have captured several lost dogs off haulers and track escapees who managed to get those muzzles off.
