Question Anyone Heard Anything on Yogi's Dogs --How the adoptions are going, etc?

Been over a week now since all the applications were in (9 days). Has anybody got any info on how the adoptions are going? Better yet have you or know of someone who has been selected for an interview? I hope things are going well and all the dogs find good homes!

I've heard nothing. That rescue has not returned any of my phone calls or e-mails.

Question

Well--It finally dawned on me to check these links out to see how many of Yogi's dogs were left and all I see listed now are 2 Min Pins and just Zeke-the German Pinscher. And as far as Zeke goes---He might be adopted too. (or hopefully not put to sleep!)

I worry about what might become of Duncan because he was --according to the shelter --in need of a lot of work to be considered adoptable. I believe he was not in good 'control' because they separated him from Moxee---Yogi had always said that those 2 dogs should never be separated--that they were always together--even when he rescued them--They always played together --'did their own thing' and never really mingled with the rest of the dogs. I informed the shelter of that but I think I got ignored--never even got a reply back but I do know that cold person running the place got the message because a worker there told me she did. Anyhow Moxee must of got adopted as she isn't listed anymore. That poor Duncan prob. didn't know what was happening when he got separated from Moxee and was lashing out because he was upset and frightened. It would not surprise me if he ends up being put down and I wonder how many of the others could/have come to that end---This shelter seems to have a reputation for any little quick reason to have the excuse for putting dogs down! I hope all the dogs that have disappeared from the adoption list have been adopted and some not have been put down---I am sure we will never know about that!!

Here is the link for the 2 Min Pins that are still listed---There were 4 listed yesterday--I just hope the other 2 were adopted and not put down. Maybe there won't be any listings for the other 2 tomorrow!!!

Be right back--going to check to see if Zeke is still listed!

Yes he is still listed: Petango.com Online Pet Adoption & More. Search for the perfect adoptable dog to add to your family
But there appears to be a question about whether he is still there or not! Long story not going into right now, sorry!

3 are showing up now. I hope none of his babies were put down either. I hope they all find wonderful homes where they are appreciated. <3

A rolled up newspaper can be an effective training tool when used properly. For instance, use the rolled-up newspaper if your dog chews up something inappropriate or has a housebreaking accident. Bring the dog over to the destroyed object (or mess), then take the rolled-up newspaper and hit yourself over the head as you repeat the phrase,"I FORGOT TO WATCH MY DOG, I FORGOT TO WATCH MY DOG!"
