two years ago, my daughters kelpie was in heat. and along came these dogs to vye for her.
not wanting to see anyone go hungry we fed all of the dogs that were visiting.
The two strays stayed and we loved them to pieces. The yunger and larger of the twomust ahve had a terrible time, he hadbeen shot and was skiddih. It took weeks for him just to enter the door way. He just becme comfortable enough to oust me from my place in bed and snuggle with my bathrobe and pillow.

We ae firm beleivers in keeping strays and becaus eo fthat we have 9 babies. Mr, whiskers o the buddy of Brown who arrived two years ago, had a rough time and we dont know wher he went off to. But we always kept the door open and food bowls full.

I can never turn down a stray. It was a big problem when I was younger and used to live with my parent's. We lived on a dirt road and people would dump liters of puppies or kittens to just fend for themselves. It was really heartbreaking. Moreso kittens-- though we did have that happen with several puppies.

All dogs and other animals, people and others are creations of God and so, whether a dog is stray or not, it's good to be kind to them. However, be cautious of stray dogs, others might be dangerous and not properly taken cared of and so might have rabies.
