Every year, in the fall, and we just did this, we go around the lakes in our area of Maine. I actually get out of the car, and walk with food, and say stuff like here puppy, or come on, and you would not beleive the dogs we find. The lake region now knows that we do this, and if we got someones dog, because being in the country they let it run loose, they get it for free, with a donation asked of course. This year so far, and we will do this again next weekend, only 2 people asked for their dogs, people like to just leave them off, thinking that they will find their way. How stupid are they anyway, we do this at least 5 times, until Christmas, and we always find dogs that most times are not asked for. Sucks!! I know I should have said something nicer, but it just Sucks!
