Do this:

1. Ask your neighbours.

2. Contact all of your local dog pounds / shelters, etc.

3. Put a notice on Who's Ya Doggy (lost and found dogs) ...and any other online services.

4. Put notices up locally - on lampposts etc.

5. Continue asking people that you meet around your local area.

It is also important to make sure the dogs I.D tags are on their collar and that the dog is micro chipped.
