...there any charity which does it free ? I've addopted a 1 year 4 month old female stray doggy, she's very friendly. She's a mixed carrolina+basenji breed. I want her to undergo spay surgery b'coz I've heard somewhere that if a dog's spayed or neutered there are very less chances for contracting cancer & I want my dog shoulg live a very healthy life. Second thing I want this should be done free of cost b'coz I'm not earning anything presently & I don't want to depend upon my parents for this. So kindly tell me if you have an idea about this. You can google low spay/neuter clinics in your area, its usually half the price vets charge.

Depending on where you live, there are many veterinarians who participate in programs for low-cost spay/neuter. One example is hte SNIP program. Just google it and something should pop up. If not, contact a local animal shelter and they should be able to refer you somewhere.

I don't know where you live but you can try PAWS, they give huge discounts for that.

check with your local aspca they might have some good answers for you
