I rescued two black labs that were put in trash bags and left die on the side of the road. I have nursed them back to health and I have to find a home for them today or I will have to give them to a shelter! Please if you know anyone that takes in rescued black labs please please tell them to contact me. I live in Denham Springs, La.

I would also put adds up on craigslist. If you end up giving them to a shelter, be sure to do some research and try your hardest to find a no kill shelter, althoug labs and lab mixes are popular dogs so chance are they will be adopted fairly quickly.

What city/state are you in?
which shelter would the dogs be at if you had to turn them over?

You would be better off locating a Lab rescue instead of a shelter. Being these are pups, they would most likely have no problems placing them.

check with one of these organizations. They most likely can direct you to a Lab rescue organization near you or could coordinate getting them to one regionally.
